The doctor was easy to talk to and understanding. Good communication. Made me feel at ease during the initial assessment. I recommended psychiatry UK to my sister and dad who both now have an ADHD diagnosis without the lengthy waiting time on the NHS. I have continued to recommend the service to work colleagues also. I received outstanding care from my prescriber Dr Macdonald and the psychiatrist who conducted my end of titration assessment, Dr Kulik. They both worked collaboratively with me to find the best solutions for my difficulties. I felt listened to and respected. All of my queries, and I had so many, were answered thoughtfully and in a very timely manner, so I felt supported from day 1. I have already recommended the service to someone who is very happy with it, and will continue to do so. Many thanks to all the amazing staff!

I was very anxious about what to expect today, however I was immediately put at ease within the first few minutes of my assessment. I was treated with complete respect and felt very much listened to .. my assessment felt somewhat familiar as the questions had already been covered in my assessment forms so I didn’t have any questions that I struggled to answer .. altogether a calm, thorough assessment with a positive final outcome .. overall I’m very pleased to have been referred and very satisfied with my results.

It's has been a life changing experience working with the Titration team. My prescriber has been incredible. I was on a waiting list and the wait of worth it, both the diagnosis and the medication have already impacted my life in such positive ways.

I couldn’t be more happy with my treatment. From my assessment to titration it has been a very pleasurable experience. I was very nervous about my assessment, as I struggle with new people and the tone in their voices and facial expressions, but the dr made me feel comfortable, she was very calmly spoken and gave me time to speak. Once I had my diagnosis I agreed to go on the list for titration as I wanted to try medication. I was given the best titration nurse I could have asked for. Denise sent me all the information on the medication I was about to begin and the possible side effects, after reading the information I decided to cut out caffeine completely as I didn’t want any side effects. Denise is such a lovely lady and answered any questions I had and told me about any concerns she had. I feel we both worked well together. The whole process has been very smooth and I have even recommended psychiatry UK to a few people and will continue to recommend them as I have no faults or issues at all. I feel like such a different person since since I have been diagnosed and on medication, and all thanks to psychiatry UK

Awful, would have preferred an in clinic service. Consultant is in Canada!!! Took over 3 weeks to get my prescription, due to clinicians not following up a question, I didn't realise was a question. So was not resolved until I questioned where my prescription was, and I had 3 days of medication left. Then tried me on another medication, I had terrible side effects. And instead of questioning the notes I had left, said I had to have a review. And could have been further weeks, leaving me with no medication again!! Bearing in mind before I went on a new medication they stated if this wasn't suitable I could swap right back, they didn't do this. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress to myself and family. Worst service ever!!! No patient care at all.

My treatment was excellent, very thorough, very professional, I was listened to by my prescriber Clove at all times and Clive went above and beyond to get me my medication when there was a shortage, which I am very grateful for and did not expect. My treatment has been a huge success and my life has improved as a result, thank you
